Butt and back acne, help!!

I fortunately was able to shoot a few pictures before I had a major flair up a few weeks ago, but now the spots are all dark and staring the scar. I’ve had backne since forever but never on one cheek. I’m so frustrated, since my ass is my draw. Should I edit my photos to remove the acne, stay away from butt photos for a month or so, let it be, or do something else? This stupid little thing sent me spiraling today lol.
