Any healthcare system analysts doing OE? For systems like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc. What are your experiences like doing OE and how do you manage conflict of interest?

I am a system analyst for a healthcare software used in a specific market segment / specific population, and just got a job offer for another healthcare company that uses the same software. The money and opportunity is great, I spend 2-3 hours of work each per J so would love to take this on but worried about getting caught and the risk of conflict of interest. My previous J2 was for a different software so I wasnt worried...
