How to maintain boundaries of "this could've been an email"? I have a PM in my new J who likes getting on 40 minute calls to discuss ideas, for an OE this is a complete waste of time. I'd rather have them sort and organize their thoughts out in an email, give me time to process, then email back

I have an annoying PM in my new J that likes to message me at least once every other day to get on a call and chat about projects and tasks for me to work on. I want to get them to actually spend time to draft me a proper email, so I can first look into things then half of the time my answer will be no I'm not doing this shit, or I'll see if I have time. But I wanna make this sustainable. I'm just sick of having to constantly asking them to email me first. Like no, I'm not getting on a 45 minutes call for you to think out loud with me. Think alone, type me an email, then I'll look into it at my own pace
