Freezing Game

Hi everyone, so I have been facing a problem recently and that is that whenever I am playing a game it freezes temporarily and nothing seems to work except for the windows button. It stays that way for a while gets fixed again but it keeps repeating. I tried everything from updating drivers, checking my memory, changing hdd. I am attaching a video as demonstration to what is happening.
