Would I be able to delete all HP apps/processes when switching my ssd into new computer?

I have a prebuilt HP computer with one ssd in it and all of my apps and everthing is stored in it. If i put this ssd in a pc with completely new parts would I be able to delete all HP apps and services without any problems?
