Advice on actions to ease anxiety and loneliness when we can’t be together?
I (F) have a NP and a girlfriend. My gf’s work and life schedule and mine are a little tight and because of that we don’t have as much time together as both of us would like. Even though I miss her dearly on my day to day life, she takes it really hard when she feels lonely and misses me. I was wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas on how to make this less stressful for her when we can’t be together. She already works things on therapy, I just feel helpless and wanted to make find ways to make her feel more comfortable.
