Meals to feed large crowds?

I am wanting to start bringing food to shows for anyone who needs something to eat. Does anyone have ideas or experience of what dishes would be easyish/somewhat affordable and i can make a lottt of it? Shows can get to be around 100 people at the venue i frequent most. I am on the diné reservation so if any other native people have native specific dishes that would be good please lmk too
