Need help understanding lease!

I'm trying to do a 2025 rav4 prime lease and then buy out but this is my first lease and not sure how to go about it. I have these 2 offers from 2 dealerships for pretty much the same car except for the weather package on the black on making it about 2k more. How do they come out to about the same price with only 1k discount? Thank you un advance!
