Lee 6 pack pro bouncing powder

TLDR - Lee 6 pack pro, shell plate sticking at completed press motion and causing a little jolt bouncing powder out of shells at stations 3/4 that aren't being used.

Ih. ave read the FAQ, which for the record has answered like 5 questions I've already had and resolved my need to post until now. Thank you for anyone/everyone who contributed to the fairly extensive FAQ.

I'm a very new reloader, I'm reloading purely for the joy of it, its my quiet time where I re-center myself a couple times a week. I'm only reloading 9mm so far, I have a lee loadmaster and I just upgraded to a 6 pack pro.

My 6 pack pro is running like a top now that I have it dialed in, however I'm having a weird problem I can't seem to figure out. I currently have my stations set up accordingly - (all lee dies)

1 depriming/resizing

2 powder die

3 empty

4 empty

5 seating die

6 factory crimp due

The issue is that I have powder "bouncing" out of the shell casings at station 4. I lower my press handle down with a nice smooth motion, everything feels great, but when I raise the handle back up the shell plate is slightly stuck but quickly releases and gives the shell plate a little jolt that bounces the powder out as the shell plate comes down.

I've checked all my stations and I think it's the station one particularly the resizing motion that I think is causing the "sticking". However my resizing/depriming die is exactly where I want it, I don't want to adjust it back its perfect where it is.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
