Save file transfer from TS2 Legacy Col. to Ultimate Col. (The Definitive Edition)

I downloaded the Legacy edition and played it for a few hours, but the glitches are just too unbearable. So I have since downloaded the Definitive edition from the github provided on the main thread in this sub.

Would the saves files from the Legacy edition be compatible with the Definitive Edition? And if so, what files do I have to copy over to transfer my "saves"? I am looking to copy over my house at the very least, but preferably my family too (sims and pets).
