Disable pause during tab outs

I'm trying to play some Skyrim but the game keeps pausing at every alt-tab and I've tried mods, the bAlwaysActive=1 command in skyrim.ini and nothing is working.

How can I make Skyrim run in the background? The replay value just plummets when you have to listen to another 10 minute speech to get anywhere.

I found out that to run Skyrim in the background whether in window-mode or not you need to:

  1. Install https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33395?tab=files
  2. Start Skyrim and enter into a game
  3. ESC (menus)
  4. Mod configuration
  5. Skytweak
  6. INI
  7. Bottom right corner "Run Skyrim In Background".

I installed all of the required mods by using nexusmods own mod installer (NEXUSMODMANAGER) because it was really easy to use.
