Super bowl chicken wings? Worth it?

Bringing wings to a super bowl party. IMO the ideal wing is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I don't have a deep fryer. Are sous vide wings a thing? Better than grilled?

Anyone have some winn(g)ing techniques?
