More Options for VS AI?

Recently cleared all the versus AI options, but am craving more AI matches. Are there any communities with optional coop fighting AI? It's such a fun challenge and I don't know where to go next.

Would like to try something beyond the elite bots. Recently got back into the game since its release and always liked fighting bots more than humans. Any pointers would be appreciated!
