Mouse unable to click with something related to an info ui.

I was on my pc one day and then randomley my mouse is unable to click. Im able to move it but not click and also a random thing popped up on my left bottom side of the screen just tellin me information about what in hovering. I guess this is some kind of info thing as it has the info symbol. if i can turn it off i think i can also allow my mouse to click (sadly i cant post picture of the information thing)
