Help with moving stocks into a pie

Hi guys, I've bought a few stocks as u can see above, and I'd like to transfer them into the pie below. Do I need to sell and rebuy to achieve this or is there a way to just say "include this in the pie"

Also, I'm looking to hold stocks for a while, as I'm young (23), but I also like the idea of dividend income. I'm from the UK, any recommendations on holdings? I'm happy to do my own research but a starting point is nice
