Is the anime that bad ?

Hello, I recently started the anime, and I'm really enjoying it, I'm a huge fan of black butler, and I love this anime ! But I read somewhere that it's a pretty bad adaptation of the manga, that it skips an arc and whole characters.. Is it that bad ? Do you think it can be fixed in an eventual s3 ? (Even if I know it won't be in a good while)
