Do I have enough experience?

I am a 38 y.o. non-traditional applicant. I have a bachelor’s degree in German and Fine Arts. I owned and operated a dog walking and pet sitting business in NYC for 10 years then decided I wanted to go back to school for veterinary medicine. I am doing a pre-health post-bacc online with UNE. GPA overall 3.7 and science 3.7. I went to a wildlife rescue last summer for a month as a pre-vet intern and got a lot of experience, but only a month (about 140 hours). I just started a volunteer position with the Aquatic Health Dept at the NY Aquarium (I was on a waitlist for a year and a half) so am doing 8 hours a week shadowing the vets and vet techs there. If I apply in september that will be roughly 175 hours. Not sure how to get more clinical experience. Advice/thoughts appreciated! Thanks!
