Snell Jii..Potentially stupid question

So I picked up these Snell Jii speakers at an estate sale, and it looks like they have a bi-wire setup with what I think are jumpers..but how should I best connect these? I’m getting some crackling on FM tuning, and much worse when I set to phono and run my pre-amp.
