Any tips on what I should do to gain weight.

I am 22F and very underweight at 90 pounds. My current goal is to gain around 20 pounds as soon as I can as I have gone through a lot of hard life changes and I want to just look my best self. I eventually do want to gain more weight but my current goal is 20 pounds. I also am just so tired of all the comments on my body of people calling me sick which makes me feel so insecure.

I do struggle with eating sometimes because when I am anxious, I often lose my appetite and get very nauseous (I don't have an ED, it's just anxiety that gets in my way). So I was wondering if anyone has any advice on meals I can eat that are high in protein or calories? Also, any liquid meal suggestions (such as smoothies) would be great as I can eat them easily when anxious as well. I currently do pilates about 1-2 a week and currently, for the past month I have been trying to eat around 2200 calories a day and around 32 g of protein (some days I don't meet the criteria but most days I do). In the past month I haven't gained any weight, I can't tell if I'm not eating enough or if I am just being impatient
