old cartoon cat movie

i have been searching for an old cartoon/animated cat movie, all i remember was that it started with a small cottage that had alot of flowers and plants in the front yard, the frame moved to inside and there was painting supplies, the movie officially starts when the camera zooms in to a canvas. all i can remember after that is that the movie has three kittens with overalls and geese(its not aristocats btw)
