Aiming for 365 days

I'm nearing the end of one month to start the year and I've decided "Fuck it, let's do one year." So, wish me luck or advice! This will be my my 4th round.

For what it's worth, I started the year at 258 lbs and currently weigh about 248 lbs. I have a very consistent routine in the gym that involves Push, Pull, Leg days every M,W,F.

Obviously I have weight & fat loss goals, but my primary goal is to rebuild my foundation for food discipline so that it's rooted in nutrition.

I know the year will be challenging, but when you're used to food being a hyperstimulate (Sour gummy candy is my heroine tbh) or a sedative like alcohol, going back to the basics is gonna be wack.
