Why Unified BBB Complaints?

I’ve been looking into Why Unified, and I’m really curious about their reputation—especially when it comes to complaints. I checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site and saw a mix of reviews. Some people seem really happy with their experience, while others have some serious complaints about billing, refunds, or customer service.

For those of you who have actually worked with Why Unified—what’s been your experience? Have you had any major issues with their services, or is this just the usual mix of satisfied and unsatisfied customers that any business deals with?

I also noticed that Why Unified isn’t BBB accredited. Not necessarily a red flag, but it did make me wonder how they handle disputes. If you had a problem, were they responsive? Did they actually try to resolve it, or was it more of a headache than it was worth?

I’m seriously considering giving it a shot because the idea.
