PLEASE START EATING VEGETABLES!!!!
So I have been doing Skincare for 6 years now. Like I have a proper skincare routine and yes it has helped me a lot. But I would still get pimples from time to time and my face would still look dull at times. But it all changed 5 months back. I started eating steamed vegetables DAILY!! And my skin always always always looks youthful now. And it’s always shining and always glowing. Believe me guys the gut is the key for good skin. And yes I still do my Skincare everyday but the result that I got from the vegetables uffff🥵 Also one more tip- try limiting your sugar intake. This has helped me a lot too. So now I truly believe that the gut is the key. I am attaching a picture of what I eat everyday. It’s Spinach, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots, Beets and peas. I don’t boil the vegetables. I steam them. That’s how you get most benefits.
