Third try and still a little hollow 😔 This time I beat the meringue until just stiff peaks, folded the batter until it passed the test, tapped the crap out of the pans after piping and reduced the oven temp a bit more.

I sold macarons at my first market last weekend. It was three hours long and I sold out completely before the end! Pretty proud of this display. ☺️
